How we collect, use and protect your personal data (GDPR)

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Who we are

Linkki Quyen Nguyen (“we”, “us”) provides at-home car services in Uusimaa, Finland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at service@linkkiquyennguyen.com or +358 449 888 759. Address: Jalavakuja 2, C9, 02760, Espoo.

What data we collect

We only collect data you provide through our forms:

  • Booking: name, phone, email, address, selected service, date/time and notes.
  • Contact / quote requests: name, email and your message.
  • Membership registration: name, phone, email, optional address and car model.

Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

  • To schedule and deliver the service you request (performance of a contract).
  • To contact you about your booking or quote (legitimate interest / your request).
  • To run the membership and loyalty programme (your consent).

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website — for example hosting and email-delivery providers — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Reviews you post on Google or Facebook are governed by those platforms’ own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Membership data is kept until you ask us to close your membership.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased or its processing restricted;
  • object to processing and withdraw consent at any time;
  • data portability; and to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

To exercise any of these, email us at service@linkkiquyennguyen.com.

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first through the cookie banner.
